Via Colori®, The Street-Painting Festival, is a NEW and signature event featuring artists, performers, food and extended celebration to promote arts education efforts in the Fredericksburg area. Over the course of two days, participants and festivalgoers are invited to explore and relish the area's diverse arts community and the creative process itself. The festival's message is simple: art is important and art is necessary. Via Colori® emphasizes the experience, rather than the product.
